The purpose of the heat sink tools is to aid
in the dissipation of heat generated when welding
the weld plate into the bottom dish of a vessel.
The heat generated during this process causes distortion
of the weld plate which may affect fit and performance
of Sterimixer® impeller and/or drive unit. By use of the
heat sink tools, the distortion and potential fit
issues can be minimized.
